Refund Policy

At TY Home Solutions, we strive to provide the best home service experience to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds will be processed only if the service was not delivered as per the agreed terms or was unsatisfactory due to service provider negligence.

• Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service completion.

• If a service is canceled before the service provider is dispatched, a full refund will be issued.

• If a service is canceled after the service provider has been dispatched but before work starts, a partial refund may be provided after deducting applicable charges.

• No refund will be applicable once the service has been successfully completed.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• If the customer changes their mind after the service has started.

• If the issue is due to external factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing conditions of appliances, infrastructure, or materials.

• If incorrect service details were provided by the customer at the time of booking.

• If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled service time.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

• Customers must email their refund request to contact@tyhomesolutions.in or tyhomesolutions.in@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Name and Contact Information

  • Order/Booking ID

  • Reason for the Refund Request

  • Any relevant photos or documentation

• Alternatively, customers can call +91 9285100106 to discuss their refund request.

• Our team will review the request within 7 business days and notify the customer of the refund status.

4. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.

• If payment was made via cash, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or UPI after necessary verification.

5. Disputes & Resolution

If you have any concerns about our refund decision, you can escalate the matter by contacting our support team. We aim to resolve all disputes amicably to ensure customer satisfaction.
