TY Home Solutions – Cancellation Policy
At TY Home Solutions, we strive to provide reliable and efficient home services to our customers. However, we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully:
1. Free Cancellation Before Technician Visit
- Customers can cancel their service request before the technician reaches their location without any charges.
2. Cancellation After Technician Visit
- If the customer cancels the service after the technician has arrived at their home, a visiting charge of ₹150 must be paid to compensate for the technician's time and travel expenses.
3. No-Show Policy
- If the customer is unavailable or does not respond after booking a service, the technician will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. If the service is canceled due to non-availability, the ₹150 visiting charge will still apply.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Customers may reschedule their service request once without any charges if informed at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit.
5. Refund Policy
- If a customer has made an advance payment and cancels the service before the technician visit, a full refund will be processed.
- If the cancellation occurs after the technician visit, ₹150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
By booking a service with TY Home Solutions, the customer agrees to abide by this cancellation policy.
